This interesting project design can be done with only 2 pallets and is much easier to do than it seems at first glance. The key to its staging is its balancing thanks to its tensioning ropes, that’s what makes this furniture so interesting. At this 3D model I explain you how you have to cut the pallets, in order to obtain the 3 components that build the chaiselong. Once we have them we’ll join the 3 pieces using some hinges. Then take advantage of the two longer boards that we have obtained of one of the pallets to build the feet of the chaiselong, nail them on the sides of the seat as you see in the 3D model, they are painted in yellow. Finally we put the ropes that will work as tensioners to keep the structure sloped, we just have to wrap the boards with them as you see in the diagram, remember that you should also incorporate a piece to allow to stretch the ropes, we’ll use them to change the slope of the hammock.
