Often when there is a new member on the family as a baby, we have to adapt the space to the newcomer, since as the baby grows, there are new risks for him in the house, including the stairs. To adapt these spaces, we have found an option that will limit their curiosity and allow us to rest knowing that our baby is safe. This is a door made of pallets, which closes the spaces to the little ones. It also has a hinge to open and close it when it suits us. This door could also be useful for our pets.
Next we want to show some of the steps for its construction to build the door from the upper pictures.
As you can see its construction it’s very easy, we just have to join the pallet planks as you see in the pictures, using nails or wooden glue, it’s just as easy as building an Ikea furniture. We recommend you to prepare a preliminary list of all the tools and materials that you are going to need.
