Would you like to build a pallet tray, very different from the typical one made of plastic that we a have in our homes? It’s ideal to carry the food, the breakfast, a vermouth and even can serve as a basis for putting over a vase of flowers. Our tray can be a very decorative and useful item for our homes.
The materials and tools that you need to build it are: a saw, a pallet, a drill, some screws , 2 handles.
First, we are going to disassemble the pallet and extract the planks. We are going to use these planks to build the base of the tray, with three planks it will be enough.
Then, to get a tray as the one showed at the photos, we are going to cut the wood with a saw; 3 planks of 55 cm long ( 22″ ) each to build the base, and two planks of 28 cm ( 11″ ) that will fixed on the sides, as you can see in the picture. Anyway you can use your own dimensions.
We will fix the planks with the help of a screwdriver, turn around the planks and fix 3 screws.
Now turn around it again, and screw the two handles, that allow us to grab the tray.
