Make a lamp with pallets can be a good solution, you are not going to find any lamp like this one, which fits perfectly in any rustic atmosphere. The point is to create a kind of box using the pallet boards that will act as a screen, also the light that comes from the inside of the box will project stripe shadows around the room, giving a warm and friendly atmosphere where we place it.
Next I’m going to explain how to make this lamp with 4 wooden pallets, but you could also use instead a fruit box:
The first step is as always achieve wooden pallets , in this case we need four.
Unmount the 4 pallets to obtain the wooden boards.
We will join the boards to form the walls of the lamp, remember to leave spaces between every board so then the light will pass through. It’s possible that we’ll have to cut the boards to fit the shape of the wall.
Then gather the 4 walls to form the lamp box .
Finally cut a board to put into the box and hold it with the side boards, this table is where the chain is going to hold the lamp and also where is going to be the bulb. You can buy th chain at any hardware store or boat-shop.
And here you can see the result of the lamp lighting up the room, really fantastic !
