I personally love this design of pallet sofa, basically has three great virtues: the first is that it convinces me aesthetically, it’s very attractive because of its regular pattern where the pallets retain their shapes; the second is that they only need 3 europalets to do it!, and the third is that it is very easy to do, you will not even need to do an inclined backrest.
Now I explain you step by step how to do it.
We will need to do it only 3 Euro pallets.
We are going to start placing a first pallet unmodified as a basis.
Now we’ll cut the other 2 pallets as you see in the picture.
We will build the couch engaging the new 2 parts over the base, it will be enough using wooden glue.
Then we will turn around the couch and fix 4 wheels with some screws, this is optional but it will increase the mobility of the furniture.
Finally we’ll make the couch cushions, we only have to measure the inside space, think that one of the cushions should have a trapezoidal shape, so then the backrest will have a certain inclination.
The end result is excellent as you can see.
